FOR EXPANDING THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four million three hundred thousand dollars ($4,300,000) to expand the wastewater treatment plant in Gallup in McKinley county.
