FOR PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS ON EAST PECOS ROAD IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thirty thousand one hundred thirty-seven dollars ($230,137) for phase 2 improvements on East Pecos road, south of the intersection of East Pecos road and state highway 50, in San Miguel county.
