FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FAIRGROUND FACILITIES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

nine hundred five thousand dollars ($905,000) for improvements to the fairground facilities in Roosevelt county.
