SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 520

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN TUCUMCARI IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million six hundred twelve thousand three hundred dollars ($1,612,300) for improvements to the wastewater treatment facility in Tucumcari in Quay county; and

seven hundred sixty-eight thousand seven hundred dollars ($768,700) for improvements to the water and sewage system in Tucumcari in Quay county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) for improvements and equipment purchase for the recreation center in Tucumcari in Quay county.
