FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A ROAD TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO MONTOYA INDUSTRIAL PARK IN RATON IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for the construction of a road to provide access to the Montoya industrial park in Raton in Colfax county.
