FOR A SKATE PARK AND HOCKEY COMPLEX IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty-two thousand dollars ($82,000) to design and construct a skate park and hockey complex in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
