FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT TO ESTABLISH A STATEWIDE STUDENT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FOR THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for the purchase of equipment to establish a statewide student identification number for the state department of public education.
