FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SEWER SYSTEM AT THE BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the sewer system at the Balloon Fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
