REQUESTED BY Don Kidd

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE CARLSBAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

ninety-seven thousand dollars ($97,000) for renovation and related improvements to the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district building to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Carlsbad in Eddy county; and

thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) to purchase and equip a vehicle for the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district in Eddy county.
