FOR A WELL AND WATER SYSTEM IN PLACITAS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to develop and improve a well and water system in Placitas in Sandoval county.
