FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the thirteenth judicial district court

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase and install fiber optic wiring for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install a telephone system for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to purchase and install courtroom sound systems for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county;

twenty-six thousand four hundred dollars ($26,400) to purchase and install telecommunications equipment for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to purchase and install video equipment for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county;

thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) to purchase and install digital recording equipment for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county; and

twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000) to purchase information technology, including recording software for court reporters, for the thirteenth judicial district court in Sandoval county.
