FOR A RECREATION CENTER AND PLAYGROUND AT CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE COBRE CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to equip a community recreation center and playground for the Santa Clara community at Central elementary school in the Cobre consolidated school district in Grant county.
