FOR RELOCATING THE SHIPROCK FAIRGROUNDS FACILITIES IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one million seventy-five thousand dollars ($1,075,000) to relocate the Shiprock fairgrounds, including design and construction of the site and utilities, in Shiprock in San Juan county.
