FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ACCESS ROAD AND PARKING LOT AT THE WHITE ROCK CHAPTER HOUSE OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred twenty-two thousand five hundred dollars ($522,500) for planning, environmental assessment, design and construction for improvements and paving to the access road and parking lot at the chapter house in White Rock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
