FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 86 IN THE ARROYO SECO AREA OF SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for improvements to county road 86 in the Arroyo Seco area of Santa Fe county.
