FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT HERMOSA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve and equip Hermosa elementary school, including purchasing a mobile computer laboratory, building a greenhouse and purchasing playground equipment, in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
