FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING THE CENTENNIAL ENGINEERING CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design the centennial engineering center at the university of New Mexico in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
