FOR THE PURCHASE OF A BACKHOE FOR GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the purchase of a backhoe for Guadalupe county.
