FOR A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MOUNTAINAIR IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a comprehensive land use and development plan for Mountainair in Torrance county.
