FOR A RECYCLING CENTER IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to acquire land for, plan and design a recycling center for Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
