FOR CARRYING OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THE WASTEWATER FACILITY CONSTRUCTION LOAN ACT.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the wastewater facility construction loan fund

three million dollars ($3,000,000) to the wastewater facility construction loan fund to carry out the provisions of the Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act.
