FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND AND THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION CENTER AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the purchase of land and the design and construction of a career and technical education center at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
