FOR THE EDUCATION BUILDING AT THE NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of cultural affairs

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan and design the education building at the National Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
