FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for the renovation and addition of parking lot lights, sidewalk lighting and sidewalk repair on the campus of eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt county; and

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for an emergency phone system on the campus of eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt county.
