REQUESTED BY Richard M. Romero

FOR BUILDING RENOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF A MEMORIAL PLAZA IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to renovate a building and to develop a memorial plaza in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
