FOR PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS AND AN OUTDOOR LEARNING CENTER FOR BEL-AIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to improve and landscape the playground and develop an outdoor learning center for Bel-Air elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
