FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTHWEST VELODROME IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to construct the southwest velodrome in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
