FOR CONSTRUCTING AN ANIMAL SHOW BARN FOR THE FAIR FACILITY AT THE RURAL EVENTS CENTER IN ABIQUIU IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to construct an animal show barn for the fair facility at the rural events center in Abiquiu in Rio Arriba county.
