FOR PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION FOR THE MESILLA VALLEY FACILITY PROVIDING SERVICES TO THE HOMELESS THROUGH THE COMMUNITY OF HOPE IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) for phase 3 construction for the facility utilized to provide services to the homeless in the Mesilla valley through the community of hope in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
