FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A CAFETERIA AND GYMNASIUM FOR THE JUVENILE JUSTICE REHABILITATION CENTER IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four million six hundred fourteen thousand two hundred dollars ($4,614,200) for the construction of a cafeteria and gymnasium at the juvenile justice rehabilitation center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
