FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITIONS FOR AND DESIGN OF EAST MESA LOOP ROAD IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) for right-of-way acquisitions for and design of East Mesa Loop road in Dona Ana county.
