FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO EAST MESA PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements to East Mesa park in Dona Ana county.
