FOR THE NEW MEXICO AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CENTER IN LOS LUNAS TO ESTABLISH FEED AND PLANT STOCKS FOR GRASSLAND AND RIPARIAN IMPROVEMENTS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the agricultural science center in Los Lunas in Valencia county to establish feed and plant stocks for grassland and riparian improvements.
