FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM FOR THE EL ANCON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the water system for the El Ancon mutual domestic water consumers association in San Miguel county.
