SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1039

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN LOGAN IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the interstate stream commission

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to create a master plan for Ute lake in Logan in Quay county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) for a repeater for the police, fire and ambulance services in Logan in Quay county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the family health clinic parking lot, medical equipment and office equipment in Logan in Quay county.
