SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1040

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Clinton D. Harden

FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A PRIMARY CARE CLINIC FOR THE SOUTH CENTRAL COLFAX COUNTY SPECIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for first stage construction and equipment for a primary care clinic for the south central Colfax county special hospital district in Colfax county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for second stage construction and equipment for a primary care clinic for the south central Colfax county hospital district in Colfax county.
