FOR THE BISTI POWERLINE EXTENSION FOR THE HUERFANO CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to conduct an archaeological clearance, an environmental assessment, a biological survey and right-of-way easements for the Bisti powerline extension for the Huerfano chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
