FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DONA ANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

six million sixty thousand dollars ($6,060,000) to design and construct a surface water treatment plant for the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county;

two million three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($2,320,000) to make water distribution improvements for the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county;

seven million three hundred eighty thousand dollars ($7,380,000) to design and construct a wastewater treatment plant for the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county; and

six million six hundred twenty thousand dollars ($6,620,000) to design and construct a wastewater collection system for the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
