FOR A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN NEWCOMB CHAPTER IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a multipurpose building in Newcomb chapter in San Juan county.
