FOR THE MCCLURE AND DOW BUILDINGS AT THE NEW MEXICO MILITARY INSTITUTE IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico military institute

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to renovate the McClure and Dow buildings at the New Mexico military institute in Roswell in Chaves county.
