FOR A TRAIL BETWEEN BEN GREINER SOCCER FIELD AND BIG SKY HANG GLIDER PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design and construct a trail between Ben Greiner soccer field and Big Sky hang glider park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
