FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PENITENTIARY OF NEW MEXICO SOUTH IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the capital program fund

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for outdoor recreational facilities for inmates at the penitentiary of New Mexico south in Santa Fe county; and

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for non-contact visitation facilities at the penitentiary of New Mexico south in Santa Fe county.
