FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for infrastructure improvements at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
