FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES CENTER IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for phase 2 construction of the health and community services center in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
