FOR ATKINSON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to improve one-half mile of Atkinson road, including paving, widening and building curbs and gutters, in Chaves county.
