FOR CAPITAL PURCHASES FOR THE CAPITAN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase equipment for the Capitan parent-teacher association performing arts program for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase playground equipment for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase theater curtains for the performing arts program in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase equipment and educational technology for academic competition teams at Capitan high school in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county;

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase musical equipment for the Capitan parent-teacher performing arts program in the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to purchase equipment for the after-school program for the Capitan municipal school district in Lincoln county.
