FOR A POWERLINE EXTENSION TO THE LITTLEWATER EAST AREA OF NEWCOMB CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) to plan, design and construct a powerline extension to the Littlewater east area of the Newcomb chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
