FOR A STUDY TO DETERMINE THE NEED TO ESTABLISH A COLLEGE FOR STUDENTS FROM DISTRICT 14 OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a study to determine the need to establish a college for students from district 14 of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
