FOR CAMPUS LIGHTING AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to purchase and install campus lighting at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
