FOR EXPANSION OF THE JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the children, youth and families department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to expand the juvenile detention center in Dona Ana county.
